Flours Department ,Lanna Products Co.,Ltd was found in June 2004.
The main manufacture is to produce the best mustard flour. Two varities
of mustard seed are extruded,grinded, and extracted by a steam distillation
under an automatic controlling machine. There are three types of
product ORT, Yellow and WAFU, which are different from the processing
steps.The amount of our productivity could be about 720 tons per
year, and we have still looked for a new raw material to produce
a product that meets the consumer needs.
